Tara Marie Segundo came to New York City in 1993 to earn her Master's Degree in Applied Physiology from Columbia University and soon began working on both cable and network television.

Tara has appeared on CBS, NBC, WPIX and The Television Food Network as a Fitness Expert. She was hired by Sally Jessy Raphael to travel nationwide and ambush people that were not meeting their fitness goals, and has even had a principal role in a national TV commercial for McDonalds playing the role of a body builder.
