Tara Marie Segundo began competing as an amateur figure competitor in 2003 at the age of 38 and won first place at NABBA's"Ms. Figure Empire State." Two months later, she placed second at the "Ms. Figure America" National Championship.
In 2004, Tara returned to "Ms. Figure America" and nabbed first place. The following week, she went on to place second at INBF's"Naturalmania National Figure Championship," where she earned her pro card.
She finished the 2004 season with her first pro show, WNBF's"Pro Natural World Bodybuilding Championship," and placed 8th as "Ms. Exercise Figure."
Tara has successfully continued her career as a WNBF Natural Figure Pro and uses her knowledge as a competitive athlete to help people overcome their own challenges and achieve their fitness goals.
